James Blankenship is a BG Legacy Alumni athlete — a graduate who continues to represent and help build The Buff Ginger brand long after his own high school days. As one of the earliest believers in BG, he’s moved from being “just an athlete” into a trusted part of the team behind the scenes.
James isn’t part of the active scoring system like current BG Legacy athletes. Instead, he serves as a mentor, leader, and creative voice within the brand — helping set the tone for what it looks like to carry the Legacy beyond the court, the ring, and the weight room.
