Thanks for shopping The Buff Ginger. Below is how shipping and delivery works for physical orders.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new drops, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped.

Domestic (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days

International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows a delay, we recommend allowing extra time for the carrier to deliver.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Email us and we’ll do our best to help
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

photos of the packaging and item(s)
We’ll make it right.
Digital Products
Digital products (ebooks, downloads, PDFs, and digital content) are delivered electronically and do not ship. Delivery instructions are provided at checkout and/or via email.
