Returns (Apparel & Physical Products)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unworn

Tags must still be attached

Item must be in original condition

Proof of purchase is required
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by normal use may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Digital products (ebooks, downloads, PDFs, digital media)

Final sale/clearance items

Personalized or custom products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
We’re happy to help with exchanges for eligible products.
Contact us first so we can reserve your replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
