These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and store (the “Services”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy (each incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Buff Ginger is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.
2) Products & Content
We aim to display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device and settings. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities or refuse service to anyone, for any reason, to the extent permitted by law.
3) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and successfully process payment.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is accepted or fulfilled.
Returns and exchanges are handled only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
4) Prices, Taxes & Billing
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and other charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for your order.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
6) Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including ebooks, downloads, PDFs, and digital media) are final unless otherwise required by law.
7) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and the overall look and feel—is owned by The Buff Ginger, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
8) User Content & Feedback
If you post reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant The Buff Ginger a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with our Services and marketing. You represent you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
9) Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Access third-party sites at your own risk.
10) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, without limitation: violating laws; infringing intellectual property; attempting to access systems without authorization; scraping; transmitting malware; harassment; fraud; or interfering with site security or functionality. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Buff Ginger, LLC and Shopify (and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors) from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification).
15) Relationship with Shopify
The Buff Ginger is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate our store. However, purchases you make are made directly with The Buff Ginger, LLC. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to transactions with our store.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where The Buff Ginger, LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
