BG Legacy Athlete Program

Built for athletes, competitors, creators, and driven people who want to represent discipline, grit, and real progress. This is a performance-based program — no free gear up front, no gimmicks, just opportunity you earn through brand representation and results, not game stats.

The BG Legacy Athlete Program is designed for athletes, creators, and community members who treat what they do like a craft and their name like a legacy. Whether you compete for a school, play on a travel team, lift in the gym, create content, or just show up with intent every day, this is where your work can start to turn into real opportunity.

You do not have to play high school or organized sports to be part of this program. It is open to anyone who aligns with the BG values and wants to help grow the brand the right way.

There are no handouts here — everything is earned through consistency, how you carry yourself, and how you represent the brand. Rewards are based on BG-related performance (like content and sales through your code), not your athletic statistics or your team’s wins and losses.

• Anyone committed to building a personal brand the right way.

How the Program Works

The BG Legacy Athlete Program is built on a clear pipeline for active athletes: Legacy Athlete → Varsity Division → Elite Division → BG Legacy Alumni. You start at the Legacy Athlete level and can move up by producing results and representing the brand well. Performance in this context means how you represent BG and the results you create for the brand (content, effort, and sales through your code) — not how many points you score or games you win.

There are also two special recognition tiers with fixed commission rates: BG Athlete · Honorary Tier and BG Legacy Alumni. Honorary Athletes are hand-selected and do not move through the pipeline. Alumni are athletes who have graduated but continue to represent BG.

Eligibility & Compliance

The BG Legacy Athlete Program is an independent brand program. It is not a school-sponsored or school-endorsed agreement, and it does not require you to play for any school, league, or team to participate.

All rewards, commissions, and perks in this program are based on BG-related activity only — such as content you create for BG and qualifying sales through your unique code or link. Benefits are not based on your athletic performance, game statistics, wins, or your status on any school team.

We do not require or authorize the use of any school logos, mascots, or official school marks in BG content. Any content you create with BG should focus on you, your work, and the brand — not on promoting a specific school team in an official way.

If you are a high school student-athlete, it is your responsibility to follow your state and school athletic association rules (including WVSSAC/NFHS if applicable). This program is structured to respect those guidelines, but you should talk with your parent/guardian and, if needed, your athletic director if you have questions about your eligibility.

Performance Milestones

Rewards are never random or guaranteed. They’re earned. As your total tracked BG sales grow through your unique code or link, you unlock opportunities for gear, features, and tier upgrades. These milestones are about your impact on the brand — not your box score.

How to Apply

1. Complete the official BG Legacy Athlete application form.
2. Share a little about your sport (if you have one), your training, content, or goals, and why you want to represent BG.
3. Our team reviews applications regularly and reaches out if you’re a good fit.
4. If accepted, you’ll receive your unique code/link and onboarding details by email.

We don’t choose athletes based on follower count. We look for effort, consistency, and how you carry yourself when nobody’s watching.
